What are VTCT Qualifications?

 

 VTCT ANATOMY and PHYSIOLOGY

The VTCT anatomy and physiology course is an online UK and International diploma course. Upon successful completion, you will be awarded with the professional, Internationaly recognised diploma in Anatomy & Physiology. VTCT endorsed. You will learn the systems and the functions of the body, followed by an examination.
All the study and preparation work may be taken at your own pace. A minimum of three months of study is required. There is no maximum time limit. The theory examination must be taken under exam conditions.

Course fees for VTCT qualification. All candidates are required to pay the following : 

£15 as a one off payment for VTCT for lifetime registration 

£55.00 Health, Safety, Security & Employment Standards  

£170.00 Anatomy &  Physiology work books and exam fee 

On completion of self study work books etc. students will return for a half day to take written assessments and exams.

VTCT registration fees are not refundable.

All candidates wishing to achieve a VTCT qualification will need to complete the following stages to gaining certification.

  • Stage 1: Initial training days to gain the CMA accredited Diploma 
  • Stage 2: Complete  VTCT portfolio of evidence comprising of written assignments, written testing, practical home case studies.
  • Stage 3: Practical assessments/exams, written multiple choice exam paper, oral questioning, submission of portfolio.

What are International Qualifications?

VTCT incorporates the Awarding Body titles, International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies (IIHHT) and International Institute of Sports Therapy (IIST). These certificates therefore have this extra bad which are well known Internationally and the qualifications are assessed to the same competence standards as S/NVQ's. International qualifications originated and produced by VTCT are divided into Units which can also be taken separately.

Who is the course designed for?

This course is a comprehensive, easy to follow academic and practical study of Anatomy and Physiology. No previous experience is neccasary.It provides an Internationally recognised qualification.  The course can be taken as a separate unit for students who wish to progess to advanced qualifications, or alongside the Swedish Massage course.
